Hi Sam, the price of your Harbor plan is going up on 1 January. You pay nothing more until then.

We have not changed this price in four years. Our data center rent went up twice in that time, and we would rather raise the price once than start cutting backups or support hours.

You have two other options. Switch to yearly billing before 1 January and keep today's rate for another twelve months, or cancel from your account page at any time with no fee. Reply to this email if you want a hand with either.
