| What happened On October 21 an outside party reached a file server used for mailing statements. The file held names, mailing addresses and the last four digits of account numbers. | | What we did We shut off that server the same day, changed the access keys, and asked an outside security firm to review our systems. | | What you should do Check your recent transactions and tell us about anything you do not recognize. Do not share your password or any one-time code with anyone, even if they say they work for us. We will never ask for them. |
