Dear Sam,

Before the holiday, I wanted to stop and say thank you. You trusted us with real problems this year, and we do not take that lightly.

I still think about the spring planning week, when we rebuilt your budget on a whiteboard in one afternoon. Days like that are why I started this firm.

Our office will be closed on Thursday and Friday so the team can be with family. We will be back on Monday, rested and ready.
