About this template

A short transactional email for a payments platform, marketplace or invoicing tool that pays money out to a bank account. It reads like a note from the finance team, not a marketing message.

A small wordmark sits top left with a grey Log in button on the right. The first line names the amount in bold and the bank account it goes to, the second gives the expected arrival day and the payout reference people can look up in their dashboard.

Under that a compact summary lists the payout reference, bank account, arrival day and amount, so support questions can be answered from the email itself. Two inline links point to a payout guide and a contact page, and the message closes with a simple team sign off.

Keep it plain. Swap the amounts and references with merge fields from your payout system and leave the layout as it is.
