About this template

An estimate email for joiners, builders, fitters and other trades who quote before they start. It reads like a tidy quote sheet, with one photo so the client remembers what the job looks like.

A small wordmark sits at the top left. A framed photo of finished cabinet work comes next, then a short heading with the estimate number. The price table lists each line of the job with a note and a price, followed by labor, tax and the total in bold. Two buttons close the email: one approves the estimate, the other opens a question.

Green and white keep it calm and professional. Swap the photo for one of your own jobs, list your real lines and set how long the price holds. Nothing here is a contract, so link to your own terms if you need them.

Use it in your email tool

  1. Click Copy HTML, or download the .html file.
  2. In Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot or Klaviyo, start a new email with the custom HTML or code editor and paste it in.
  3. Change the text, links and images. Map merge tags such as {{first_name}} and {{unsubscribe_url}} to the tags of your tool.
  4. Send a test to yourself on desktop and phone before you send it to your list.
