About this template

A refund confirmation for a payments or money transfer app. The whole message sits on a deep navy panel so it looks calm and official, with one bright teal button as the only accent.

At the top a centered wordmark and a large amber check icon show at a glance that the request went through. The headline states the amount, then a short letter explains when the money arrives and how long the bank usually takes.

A second paragraph invites the customer to a five minute survey and offers a discount on the next transfer as thanks. The teal button opens the refund details, and the transaction ID sits small in the footer for support.

Use it for any approved refund or reversal. Change the amount and timing to match your process, and drop the survey line if you do not run one.

Use it in your email tool

  1. Click Copy HTML, or download the .html file.
  2. In Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot or Klaviyo, start a new email with the custom HTML or code editor and paste it in.
  3. Change the text, links and images. Map merge tags such as {{first_name}} and {{unsubscribe_url}} to the tags of your tool.
  4. Send a test to yourself on desktop and phone before you send it to your list.
