About this template

This is our own design for Fresh Fold, a sample meal kit service. It goes out the morning a box leaves the warehouse. A deep green logo band leads into a lime panel that shows the delivery window in big type, so customers can plan to be home.

A delivery van illustration follows, then a section called In your box with three picture columns for the week: carrots, salad greens and tomatoes, each with the recipe it belongs to. A short storage tip explains what to put in the fridge first. A button opens live tracking with the driver location.

Send it as soon as the box is loaded. Put the time window in the subject line and preheader. Change the three columns each week to match the menu.

Use it in your email tool

  1. Click Copy HTML, or download the .html file.
  2. In Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot or Klaviyo, start a new email with the custom HTML or code editor and paste it in.
  3. Change the text, links and images. Map merge tags such as {{first_name}} and {{unsubscribe_url}} to the tags of your tool.
  4. Send a test to yourself on desktop and phone before you send it to your list.
