A shipping email tells a buyer that their order has left the warehouse and when it will arrive. After the order confirmation, it is the email people open most often, and many open it more than once while they wait.
The templates here put the facts first: the delivery date or window, the carrier, and a tracking number in a box that is easy to copy. A Track your parcel button sits right under it. Below that comes a short list of what is in the box, so people can check the order, plus a line on how to get help if something goes wrong.
Some templates in this group handle the harder moments, like a late parcel. Say sorry in plain words, give the new date, and offer something small. An honest delay email keeps more customers than a silent one.
As soon as the carrier scans the parcel. Send a second one on the delivery day if your shop system supports it.
The tracking number, a tracking link, the expected delivery date, and the delivery address. Add the items so people can check them.
Keep it light. One small row of related products is fine, but the delivery facts must come first.
