About this template

A welcome email for a yoga studio, a pilates room or a small movement school. New members get a quiet first impression: a deep sage panel next to a misty photo of someone holding a tree pose on a hill, with a short greeting and one Book a class button.

Under the opening, a row of three line icons explains the class types in plain words, so a beginner knows where to start. A dashed code box gives the first class for free and states how long the offer lasts. The last section pairs a photo of two people meditating on a wooden deck with a short list of what to bring, which answers the most common question before anyone has to ask it.

Sand, sage and a thin serif keep it soft and unhurried. The copy speaks to beginners and keeps every line short and kind.
