About this template

A holiday party invitation for agencies, studios and small companies inviting clients, partners and friends to an end of year evening. It should feel festive and grown up, so it uses deep green, warm gold and one real photo of a set table instead of cartoon ornaments.

The green band holds a short gold line, a serif headline, two lines of welcome and a gold RSVP button, with the reply date in a small note. A framed photo of the table sits inside the same band. The details card gives the date, time, venue and address with an add to calendar button. Three green line icons say what to expect: dinner, live music and a small gift swap. A dark split panel closes the invite with a photo and a note about bringing a plus one.

Swap the venue, the date and the three icons, and send it three weeks before the evening.

Use it in your email tool

  2. In Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot or Klaviyo, start a new email with the custom HTML or code editor and paste it in.
  3. Change the text, links and images. Map merge tags such as {{first_name}} and {{unsubscribe_url}} to the tags of your tool.
  4. Send a test to yourself on desktop and phone before you send it to your list.
