About this template

A volunteer invitation for park trusts, community gardens, environmental charities and neighborhood groups. People sign up when they can picture the morning, so it opens with a photo of planting work and tells them exactly where to be and what to bring.

The headline and the date sit over the photo in live text, with a button to sign up. A details card gives the day, the hours, the meeting point and the address with a button to save a spot. A short heading leads into four green line icons on what to bring and what the team provides. A dark green split panel near the end offers later dates for anyone who cannot make this one, and the footer closes the email.

Leaf greens on white keep it fresh and outdoorsy, with a round sans serif that feels welcoming.

Change the date, the meeting point and the icons for each event, and send it two weeks ahead with a reminder three days before.

Use it in your email tool

  2. In Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot or Klaviyo, start a new email with the custom HTML or code editor and paste it in.
  3. Change the text, links and images. Map merge tags such as {{first_name}} and {{unsubscribe_url}} to the tags of your tool.
