About this template

A webinar invitation for banks, credit unions, financial planners and budgeting apps that run a free session in early January. It is practical from the first line. A deep navy split panel shows hands writing in a planner next to coffee and a croissant, with a short eyebrow, the session title and a Save my seat button.

The session card follows with the date, the start time and time zone, the platform and a second sign up button. A heading and three line icons list what the hour covers: a simple budget, an emergency fund and a plan for the year’s big costs. An image and text row with a laptop and notebook photo explains that everyone who registers gets the replay and the worksheet, even if they cannot attend live.

Inter for headings and text, navy and a fresh mint accent keep it calm and trustworthy, close to the look of a good banking app.

Change the date and the host role, and reuse the layout for any short online class.

Use it in your email tool

  1. Click Copy HTML, or download the .html file.
  2. In Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot or Klaviyo, start a new email with the custom HTML or code editor and paste it in.
  3. Change the text, links and images. Map merge tags such as {{first_name}} and {{unsubscribe_url}} to the tags of your tool.
  4. Send a test to yourself on desktop and phone before you send it to your list.
