About this template

A seasonal newsletter for real estate agencies, home builders and property managers who want to stay useful to past buyers between sales. It opens on two snowy cabins in a pine forest, with the headline, a short line and a white button written over the trees in live text.

The main section gives three short tips for the cold months, each with a tall photo: sweep the chimney before the first fire, seal drafty windows and keep the woodpile dry and away from the walls. Each tip has two lines and a link to a longer guide on the agency blog. A deep blue split panel then offers a free winter home check for clients, with a booking button, and the email ends with the office address.

Playfair Display headings over DM Sans, frost blue and warm wood tones make it feel like a home magazine rather than a sales email.

Send it in late November, then reuse the layout for spring and summer tips with new photos.

Use it in your email tool
