About this template

A weekly digest for a photo community, a stock library or a travel site that wants people to follow collections. Every collection gets a full width photo, so the email feels like scrolling a feed.

A small letter spaced wordmark and a short headline open the email. Then five blocks repeat the same pattern: a wide photo that links to the collection, and a row under it with the collection name in bold, a grey line with how many photos were added, and a rounded Follow button on the right.

The email ends with three footer columns for about, contact and useful links, and a short footer line. Keep the photos the same shape so the rhythm stays even, change the collections every week, and keep the text short so the pictures lead.

Use it in your email tool

  1. Click Copy HTML, or download the .html file.
  2. In Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot or Klaviyo, start a new email with the custom HTML or code editor and paste it in.
  3. Change the text, links and images. Map merge tags such as {{first_name}} and {{unsubscribe_url}} to the tags of your tool.
  4. Send a test to yourself on desktop and phone before you send it to your list.
