About this template

A case study newsletter for design studios, branding agencies and freelancers. Prospects judge a studio by its work, so the email shows one project from start to finish with real photos instead of a list of services.

A short eyebrow marks it as a case study, a large headline names the project, and one button opens the full write-up above a wide photo of the studio desk. Three photo columns then tell the story in order: the brief, the idea and the rollout, each in two short lines. A dark split panel near the end invites readers with a project in mind to start a conversation, and the footer closes the email.

Warm off white, near black type and one terracotta accent echo a studio full of paper samples and clay.

Use it in your email tool

  2. In Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot or Klaviyo, start a new email with the custom HTML or code editor and paste it in.
