About this template

A short digest for a blog or magazine that publishes a couple of good stories a week. It is quick to read and quick to build, and it works for any topic where a photo says a lot, here home offices and desks.

A lowercase wordmark sits on white at the top. The banner is a dark band with a large orange title and a wide photo of a desk by the window under it. Two stories follow, each with a square photo on the left and a title, a short summary and an orange read more link on the right, divided by a thin line.

The last section asks one simple question in the middle of the page and answers it with an orange button. A small centered footer closes the email.

The layout follows a classic open source digest template. Pick two stories a week, crop the photos square, and keep each summary to two sentences so the stories feel easy to start.
