About this template

A weekly report for a publishing platform, analytics tool or website builder. It gives a quick snapshot of the week so people can see what worked without logging in.

A serif wordmark and one intro line lead into three big numbers in a row: average visit time, visitors and views. A thin line separates them from the details.

Top pages lists the most viewed pages with views and their share of the total on the right, and Top sources does the same for where visitors came from. Each list reads like a small table with a line under every row.

A green button opens the full report. Fill the numbers from your data each week and keep the lists to the top three or five rows.

Use it in your email tool

  1. Click Copy HTML, or download the .html file.
  2. In Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot or Klaviyo, start a new email with the custom HTML or code editor and paste it in.
  3. Change the text, links and images. Map merge tags such as {{first_name}} and {{unsubscribe_url}} to the tags of your tool.
  4. Send a test to yourself on desktop and phone before you send it to your list.
