About this template

A year in review email for a music, podcast or reading app, sent in late December. It is black, bold and type led, so the numbers feel like a poster.

A lime wordmark sits above a huge orange year in a tight geometric face, followed by Wrapped report. A short note in white tells the reader a playlist of their most played songs is ready, and a purple pill button opens it.

Your 2026 in numbers then shows three stats in large white type with small labels: minutes listened, artists and tracks. A second purple button invites people to share their report, and the footer links to notification settings.

Pull the numbers from each user’s data. The same layout works for a reading year, a workout year or a savings year.

Use it in your email tool

  1. Click Copy HTML, or download the .html file.
  2. In Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot or Klaviyo, start a new email with the custom HTML or code editor and paste it in.
  3. Change the text, links and images. Map merge tags such as {{first_name}} and {{unsubscribe_url}} to the tags of your tool.
  4. Send a test to yourself on desktop and phone before you send it to your list.
