About this template

A weekly listings email for a real estate agency, a property portal or a builder with homes for sale. It puts the homes in the middle and keeps everything around them calm and simple.

A serif wordmark and a small menu open the email, then a wide aerial photo of a town with the headline and an orange button. A short welcome with a black button follows, and a light grey band shows two services with simple icons.

The main part is a grid of four homes. Each photo has the price in small orange capitals, the home name in serif and one line with beds, baths and size, and each links to the full listing. A dark green band shows three plain facts about the agency, and a split panel with a bedroom photo lists three reasons to buy with you.

An outline button, a follow line with social links and black footer columns close the email. Change the homes every week and keep the prices on top.
