About this template

Online academies, bootcamps and training providers can send this right after a student enrolls. It confirms the place, sets the date and gives one clear first step.

A royal blue panel welcomes the student by name. The course card shows a laptop picture with the course name, length and teacher. The details box gives the start date, the time of the live kickoff and where it happens. Three short columns list what comes with the course. A yellow button opens the first lesson, and a muted line says how to reach a real person.

Send it within minutes of payment. Add a calendar link to the details box if your platform supports it. If the course is self paced, swap the start date for “Start any time” and move the button higher.

Use it in your email tool

  1. Click Copy HTML, or download the .html file.
  2. In Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot or Klaviyo, start a new email with the custom HTML or code editor and paste it in.
  3. Change the text, links and images. Map merge tags such as {{first_name}} and {{unsubscribe_url}} to the tags of your tool.
  4. Send a test to yourself on desktop and phone before you send it to your list.
