About this template

An open house invitation for real estate agents and brokers. Buyers decide in a few seconds whether a home is worth a Sunday afternoon, so the email leads with the house itself, framed by water and trees.

The address and a one line pitch sit over the photo in live text, with a button to save a spot. A details card gives the day, the hours, the address and an add to calendar button. Three square photos then show the rooms people ask about most, each with a short note. A closing line offers a private tour for anyone who cannot come on the day, and the footer ends the email.

Lake blue, white space and a soft display serif feel calm and upscale without being stiff.

Swap the photos, the address and the hours for each listing, and send it four or five days before the open house.

Use it in your email tool

  2. In Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot or Klaviyo, start a new email with the custom HTML or code editor and paste it in.
  3. Change the text, links and images. Map merge tags such as {{first_name}} and {{unsubscribe_url}} to the tags of your tool.
  4. Send a test to yourself on desktop and phone before you send it to your list.
