About this template

A sale email for a womenswear shop that wants to show a handful of pieces at a time, each one big enough to see the cut and color. It suits a Mother’s Day promotion, a mid season sale or a gift guide.

The email opens with a centered serif wordmark and a small menu bar, then a wide shopping photo with the sale headline, one line of text and a pink button on top. A short welcome block with a black button follows.

The main part is four product panels. Each panel puts a tall photo next to a pink block with the price, the product name, one sentence and a black Shop now button, and the photo switches sides on every row, so the email reads like a lookbook. On phones the photo always comes first.

A plain outline button, a line inviting people to follow the shop and a simple footer close the email. Swap in your own product photos, keep the pink and black, and change the prices and names each season.

Use it in your email tool

  1. Click Copy HTML, or download the .html file.
  2. In Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot or Klaviyo, start a new email with the custom HTML or code editor and paste it in.
  3. Change the text, links and images. Map merge tags such as {{first_name}} and {{unsubscribe_url}} to the tags of your tool.
  4. Send a test to yourself on desktop and phone before you send it to your list.
