About this template

A ticket delivery email for a venue, club or ticketing platform. It is quiet and elegant, so the tickets themselves are the focus.

The page has a warm stone background with a serif wordmark above a white panel. Inside, a serif headline names the event, a short line sets the mood, and an italic line gives the venue, date, time and number of tickets.

Each ticket follows: a small ticket number in capitals above a large QR code that staff can scan at the door. A square black button lets people download all tickets to their phone wallet or as a file.

The QR codes here are placeholders; replace them with the real codes from your ticket system. Add or remove ticket rows to match the order.

Use it in your email tool

  1. Click Copy HTML, or download the .html file.
  2. In Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot or Klaviyo, start a new email with the custom HTML or code editor and paste it in.
  3. Change the text, links and images. Map merge tags such as {{first_name}} and {{unsubscribe_url}} to the tags of your tool.
  4. Send a test to yourself on desktop and phone before you send it to your list.
