About this template

A notice that a file is ready to download, for an image service, print shop, photo lab or any app that prepares large files. It treats the file like a gallery piece.

A spaced capital wordmark and one small line of text sit above a large image, here an old Dutch flower still life, so the email feels like opening a print. A square black button in capitals starts the download.

Small grey type under the button gives the number of files, total size, the expiry date of the link and a job ID linked to the order page, which saves support questions about missing files.

Use the first image of the set as the preview. Keep the expiry line, people need to know the link will stop working.
