About this template

Airlines, travel agencies and booking sites can use this template for the email that arrives seconds after payment. It answers the three questions every traveler has: is it booked, when do I fly, and what did I pay.

A sky blue logo band and a dotted route between two airports open the email. A short line confirms the trip. The booking code sits in a big dashed box so it is easy to read out at a desk. The flight box lists date, departure time and airports. A fare summary shows ticket, taxes and bag, with the total in bold. A manage booking button and a check in note finish it.

Add one flight box per leg for return trips. Put the route and date in the subject line so travelers can find it later in a search.

Use it in your email tool

  1. Click Copy HTML, or download the .html file.
  2. In Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot or Klaviyo, start a new email with the custom HTML or code editor and paste it in.
  3. Change the text, links and images. Map merge tags such as {{first_name}} and {{unsubscribe_url}} to the tags of your tool.
  4. Send a test to yourself on desktop and phone before you send it to your list.
