About this template

A short offer email for a shop that wants to put a few discounted products in front of its members. It is quick to read: one photo, one line of context, then the products.

A plain wordmark sits on the left above a wide summer photo. Under it, a bold headline and one muted sentence explain the offer and when it ends.

Three product rows follow, split by thin lines. Each row has a small product photo on the left, the name, the sizes in italics and one line about the material in the middle, and the sale price, the old price and a red Shop now button on the right. On phones each row stacks into a neat card.

Three footer columns with about, contact and useful links, plus a footer line, close the email. Change the three products each week and keep the prices on the right so readers can scan them.

Use it in your email tool

  1. Click Copy HTML, or download the .html file.
  2. In Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot or Klaviyo, start a new email with the custom HTML or code editor and paste it in.
  3. Change the text, links and images. Map merge tags such as {{first_name}} and {{unsubscribe_url}} to the tags of your tool.
  4. Send a test to yourself on desktop and phone before you send it to your list.
