About this template

An opening announcement for a boutique hotel, a new rooftop bar or a renovated guest house. It invites people to the opening night and then gives them a reason to book a stay.

The email opens on a rooftop terrace at golden hour, with the hotel’s name, a short line and a white button set over the sky in live text. A card right under it lists the opening night date, hours, the terrace and the street address, with an RSVP button. A deep juniper green split panel shows one of the rooms and the opening rate, and an image and text row presents the lobby lounge where the evening starts. The footer closes it with the address.

Cormorant Garamond headings over Helvetica feel quiet and grown up, and the gold accent on deep green reads as premium without shouting. Wide margins and short lines leave room for the photos to breathe.

Change the date and the rate, and send it four weeks before the doors open, then again as a reminder.

Use it in your email tool
