About this template

A weekly listings email for real estate agencies, brokers and property portals. Buyers scan these on the phone between viewings, so it leads with one strong house photo and then gets straight to the homes and prices.

The opening photo carries the headline and a button to all listings in live text, readable even with images off. A short heading introduces the four newest homes, shown two per row with a square photo, the street, a short spec line as the name, the price and a View home button. A dark green split panel then speaks to owners who are thinking of selling and offers a free price check from a local agent. The footer closes the email.

A wide sans serif for headings, deep green as the single accent and warm grey space give it a clean, trustworthy look.

Update the four homes each week and keep one featured exterior photo on top.

Use it in your email tool

  1. Click Copy HTML, or download the .html file.
  2. In Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot or Klaviyo, start a new email with the custom HTML or code editor and paste it in.
  3. Change the text, links and images. Map merge tags such as {{first_name}} and {{unsubscribe_url}} to the tags of your tool.
  4. Send a test to yourself on desktop and phone before you send it to your list.
