About this template

A portfolio email for photographers, small studios and visual artists who want to share new work with past clients and followers. The whole email sits on near black, like a gallery wall, so the photos carry it.

A short line names the season, then a large serif headline sits above one wide image: a lone walker on a ridge against a red evening sky. A light button opens the full gallery. Three tall photo columns present the new series, each with a title, one line about where it was shot and a link. A thin divider leads to a split panel that invites readers to book a portrait or event session.

Warm ivory text, an elegant thin serif and dark panels keep the attention on the images.

Swap in your own frames, keep the captions short and send it each time you finish a new series.

Use it in your email tool

  1. Click Copy HTML, or download the .html file.
  2. In Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot or Klaviyo, start a new email with the custom HTML or code editor and paste it in.
  3. Change the text, links and images. Map merge tags such as {{first_name}} and {{unsubscribe_url}} to the tags of your tool.
