About this template

An alert for a property portal, sent when new homes match a search the user saved. It is short and scannable, like a list in an app.

The page is soft lavender with a white panel. A purple wordmark sits top left, followed by a one line greeting that names the saved search in bold.

Three new homes follow, each with a small square photo, the street address, a line with bedrooms and bathrooms, and the asking price on the right. Thin lines separate the rows so they read like search results.

A coral pill button opens the full saved search, and the footer has a link to change how often these alerts arrive. Show three to five matches per alert and link each row to its listing.

Use it in your email tool

  1. Click Copy HTML, or download the .html file.
  2. In Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot or Klaviyo, start a new email with the custom HTML or code editor and paste it in.
  3. Change the text, links and images. Map merge tags such as {{first_name}} and {{unsubscribe_url}} to the tags of your tool.
  4. Send a test to yourself on desktop and phone before you send it to your list.
