About this template

A follow up email for online schools, course creators and workshop hosts to send after a live class or webinar. It thanks attendees, gives the recording to those who missed parts of it, and makes the long video easy to navigate.

A warm photo of hands shaping clay on a wheel sits under a serif headline, a thank you line and a Watch the replay button. A heading introduces the chapters, shown as three photo columns with a step name, the start time and a short note, so people can jump to the part they need. A short paragraph says how long the replay stays open, and an outline button offers the class notes as a download. The footer closes the email.

Clay browns, warm white and a soft old style serif match the handmade subject.

Change the chapters and times for each class and send it within a day of the live session.

Use it in your email tool

  1. Click Copy HTML, or download the .html file.
  2. In Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot or Klaviyo, start a new email with the custom HTML or code editor and paste it in.
  3. Change the text, links and images. Map merge tags such as {{first_name}} and {{unsubscribe_url}} to the tags of your tool.
  4. Send a test to yourself on desktop and phone before you send it to your list.
