About this template

An invitation to a free online talk or panel, made for product teams, software companies and communities that run a monthly event series. It puts the date first, because that is what people need to decide.

Under a small wordmark, a blue label and a bold title name the event, and three large numbers give the date, the start time and the length. One short paragraph explains what the panel covers, a blue button saves a seat and two small links add the event to a calendar.

Three speakers follow in a row with round photos, names and roles. The agenda lists four timed parts with a title and one line each, and a panel at the end answers the practical questions: where it happens, whether there is a recording and what it costs. The footer explains the series and offers a link to skip this one.

The structure follows a modern designer event template. Use real speaker photos with their consent, keep the agenda to four parts, and send a reminder an hour before.

Use it in your email tool

  1. Click Copy HTML, or download the .html file.
  2. In Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot or Klaviyo, start a new email with the custom HTML or code editor and paste it in.
  3. Change the text, links and images. Map merge tags such as {{first_name}} and {{unsubscribe_url}} to the tags of your tool.
  4. Send a test to yourself on desktop and phone before you send it to your list.
