About this template

Agencies, SaaS companies and course creators can send this confirmation the moment someone registers for a webinar or live class. Light cream with orange accents is cheerful but stays out of the way of the facts.

The brand name and a clear headline confirm the seat at the top. One sentence sums up what the session covers. The event card gives the title, date, time with time zone, the platform and the join link, with a button to join. Three links add the session to Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar. A quote from the host says what people will leave with, and a note promises the replay to anyone who cannot attend live.

Always show the time zone. Send this right away, then reminders a day before and an hour before the start.

Use it in your email tool

  1. Click Copy HTML, or download the .html file.
  2. In Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot or Klaviyo, start a new email with the custom HTML or code editor and paste it in.
  3. Change the text, links and images. Map merge tags such as {{first_name}} and {{unsubscribe_url}} to the tags of your tool.
  4. Send a test to yourself on desktop and phone before you send it to your list.
