About this template

Dental clinics, doctors and other practices can send this reminder two days before a booked visit. White space and soft aqua keep it calm, which helps nervous patients.

A centered logo and a small tooth picture open the email. A headline names the visit type. The details box gives date, time, dentist and clinic address, with a confirm button inside. A second, outline style button lets patients pick a new time. Three short tips explain what to bring and when to arrive.

Send the first reminder 48 hours ahead and a text message on the day. Keep the subject line to the day and time; patients scan for that. If the visit needs a deposit, add one line about it above the buttons.

Use it in your email tool

  1. Click Copy HTML, or download the .html file.
  2. In Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot or Klaviyo, start a new email with the custom HTML or code editor and paste it in.
  3. Change the text, links and images. Map merge tags such as {{first_name}} and {{unsubscribe_url}} to the tags of your tool.
  4. Send a test to yourself on desktop and phone before you send it to your list.
