About this template

A low stock email for skincare, beauty or small home brands, for the moment a popular item is nearly gone. It is honest about the numbers, which is why it works: each card says how many are left.

A simple text menu sits at the top in place of a big logo. A soft serif headline and a line of copy come next, aligned left. Two bordered product cards follow, each with a clean photo, a low stock label, one line about the product, the price and a full width bar button. A dark panel with a moody bathroom photo closes the email and invites readers onto the restock list for when the next batch is ready.

Only send this when the counts are real. Blush tones and plenty of white space keep it calm instead of pushy.

Use it in your email tool

  1. Click Copy HTML, or download the .html file.
  2. In Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot or Klaviyo, start a new email with the custom HTML or code editor and paste it in.
  3. Change the text, links and images. Map merge tags such as {{first_name}} and {{unsubscribe_url}} to the tags of your tool.
  4. Send a test to yourself on desktop and phone before you send it to your list.
