Your Size Is Back email template

About this template

When a boot sells out, the people who asked to be told want one thing: to know whether their size is there. This email answers that near the top. A leather boot photo fills half of the opening panel, and the other half names the style and the price. Cobbler Row is the sample shop.

Below the panel, a short heading sits above five square buttons, one for each size back on the shelf. Each button goes straight to that size on the product page, so a reader can reach checkout in a couple of taps. Three small icons finish it with the delivery, return and repair promises.

Link every size to its own product address and remove the buttons for sizes you do not have. Send it within minutes of the restock, while stock is still there.

Use it in your email tool

  1. Click Copy HTML, or download the .html file.
  2. In Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot or Klaviyo, start a new email with the custom HTML or code editor and paste it in.
  3. Change the text, links and images. Map merge tags such as {{first_name}} and {{unsubscribe_url}} to the tags of your tool.
  4. Send a test to yourself on desktop and phone before you send it to your list.
