About this template

An automated email for hotels, inns and travel clubs when a guest moves up a tier. A wide photo of a seaside terrace sets the mood with no words on it.

The rest of the message sits in one deep teal band. The headline congratulates the guest, two boxes show the old tier and the new one, and a row of gold line icons lists the new perks: late checkout, a room upgrade and a drink on arrival. One gold button leads to booking.

It suits brands that want a thank you to feel personal without shouting about points. Rename the tiers, change the perks and trigger it on the night the guest crosses the line.

Use it in your email tool
