About this template

A product promotion for a software tool, an online builder or any service that sells monthly plans. It reads like a short landing page: what the product does, what people make with it, and what it costs.

The email starts with a wordmark and menu on one line, then a bright yellow split panel with a photo, the headline and a black button. Two simple features with icons follow, and a second yellow split panel talks about one strong feature.

A two by two grid shows projects built with the tool, a yellow band shows three plain numbers about the product, and two blog posts with buttons give readers something to learn. The email ends with a pricing table of two plans in bordered cards and a dark footer.

Keep the yellow for the panels and the number band, use the black buttons for every action, and change the plan names and prices to match your own offer.

Use it in your email tool

  1. Click Copy HTML, or download the .html file.
  2. In Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot or Klaviyo, start a new email with the custom HTML or code editor and paste it in.
  3. Change the text, links and images. Map merge tags such as {{first_name}} and {{unsubscribe_url}} to the tags of your tool.
  4. Send a test to yourself on desktop and phone before you send it to your list.
