About this template

A weekly alert for job boards and recruiting agencies. A dark menu bar runs across the top, then a short headline says how many roles came in this week.

The body is one long list. Each role takes one row: a small line icon that shows on site, part time or senior level, then the job title and employer, then place, pay and a link. People can scan five roles in a few seconds, and nothing needs a photo to make sense.

An outline button leads to all matches. Two footer columns show the current search settings and useful links, so changing the alert is one tap away. Swap the roles each week and keep the rest.

Use it in your email tool

  1. Click Copy HTML, or download the .html file.
  2. In Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot or Klaviyo, start a new email with the custom HTML or code editor and paste it in.
  3. Change the text, links and images. Map merge tags such as {{first_name}} and {{unsubscribe_url}} to the tags of your tool.
  4. Send a test to yourself on desktop and phone before you send it to your list.
