Job Offer Letter email template

A clear job offer with no logo: one headline, the role, start date, pay and manager as neat rows, a short note, then accept and ask buttons.

Light shows the email as designed. Dark and Gmail show how email apps can change its colors.

About this template

An offer email has to be read carefully and maybe forwarded to a partner, so it stays tidy and exact. It has no logo and no photo. Wexley Partners is the sample employer, and the first thing the reader sees is one plain headline naming it.

The terms come next as a neat table: the role, the start date, the salary, the manager, the place of work and holiday, with the reply date in bold at the end. A short paragraph says what happens after they accept and notes that the formal contract follows. Two buttons let the candidate accept or ask a question, and a named person signs.

Check the wording with whoever handles your contracts, and swap in your own terms. Send it after you have made the offer by phone, so the news is not a surprise.
