About this template

A follow up email for garages, dealer service centers and tire shops, sent a day after the car is collected. It asks one question and makes answering take a single tap.

The email opens on a real workshop, a classic car with glowing tail lights in a quiet garage, with a headline that asks how the visit went and a line that names the service. Below it, five stacked answer buttons run from Excellent to Poor, each one a link that records the answer. A short heading and three line icons explain what happens with the feedback: the team reads every answer, the service manager follows up on problems and the notes shape training. A dark split panel invites the customer to book the next service early.

Oswald headings over Inter, slate grey and a safety orange accent give it the feel of a tidy, modern workshop.

Use it in your email tool

  1. Click Copy HTML, or download the .html file.
  2. In Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot or Klaviyo, start a new email with the custom HTML or code editor and paste it in.
  3. Change the text, links and images. Map merge tags such as {{first_name}} and {{unsubscribe_url}} to the tags of your tool.
  4. Send a test to yourself on desktop and phone before you send it to your list.
