About this template

Yoga studios, gyms and dance schools can send this short email an hour or two after a class. Sand and terracotta tones feel warm and quiet, like the studio itself after the lights go down.

The studio name opens the email, followed by a still life of a rolled mat, blocks and a plant. A heading asks how the class felt, and a details card repeats the class name, date, time and room, so there is no doubt which session it is about. Three columns give one-click answers: loved it, it was okay, not for me. A line invites a reply for longer comments, and the instructor signs off with a photo.

Send it the same evening while the class is fresh. Share the results with the instructor each week; they will use them to plan the next block.

Use it in your email tool

  1. Click Copy HTML, or download the .html file.
  2. In Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot or Klaviyo, start a new email with the custom HTML or code editor and paste it in.
  3. Change the text, links and images. Map merge tags such as {{first_name}} and {{unsubscribe_url}} to the tags of your tool.
  4. Send a test to yourself on desktop and phone before you send it to your list.
