About this template

A review request for beauty and skincare shops, sent a few weeks after the order arrives, once the customer has had time to use the product. It keeps the ask light: one tap on a rating is enough.

A dewy rose petal photo sets a soft, clean mood under the wordmark. The serif headline names the product, and a short line explains why the rating matters. Five outline buttons follow, from Love it down to Not for me, each one linking to the matching score on your review form. A small line under the buttons says the next page lets people add a sentence or a photo if they want to.

Three rose icons close the email with plain promises about reviews: they guide new batches, they are shown as written, and no extra emails follow. Blush and rose tones fit gentle skincare, body care and fragrance brands.

Swap the product name and the five links, and send it from your post-purchase flow.

Use it in your email tool

  1. Click Copy HTML, or download the .html file.
  2. In Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot or Klaviyo, start a new email with the custom HTML or code editor and paste it in.
  3. Change the text, links and images. Map merge tags such as {{first_name}} and {{unsubscribe_url}} to the tags of your tool.
  4. Send a test to yourself on desktop and phone before you send it to your list.
