About this template

Sent at the end of a course, this email comes from the teacher rather than the school. It opens on a small round photo and a short centered note in the teacher’s own voice, asking how the course went.

Five square buttons from 1 to 5 sit right under the note. Each one can link to its own page or form, so a single tap records the answer. One short paragraph then explains what the numbers mean and what happens with the answers.

Language schools, tutors, cooking classes and short courses can all use it. Change the name, the course and the links. Keep the note short, so the buttons stay near the top on a phone.

Use it in your email tool

  1. Click Copy HTML, or download the .html file.
  2. In Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot or Klaviyo, start a new email with the custom HTML or code editor and paste it in.
  3. Change the text, links and images. Map merge tags such as {{first_name}} and {{unsubscribe_url}} to the tags of your tool.
  4. Send a test to yourself on desktop and phone before you send it to your list.
