About this template

A follow up email that a restaurant sends the morning after a booking. It thanks the guest and asks one simple thing: tell us how dinner went. A plated dish fills the opening photo, under a soft serif headline and one clear Leave a review button.

Three small sage icons explain where the words go, so the ask feels fair: the chef reads every note, the feedback shapes the next menu, and a kind word helps a small kitchen. A deep green split panel then invites the guest back for Sunday lunch, with a photo of the dining room and a booking button.

Linen white, sage and deep green set a calm, grown up tone that suits a neighborhood bistro or a wine bar.

Set it to send the day after each reservation, and change the booking link to your own system.

Use it in your email tool

  1. Click Copy HTML, or download the .html file.
  2. In Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot or Klaviyo, start a new email with the custom HTML or code editor and paste it in.
  3. Change the text, links and images. Map merge tags such as {{first_name}} and {{unsubscribe_url}} to the tags of your tool.
  4. Send a test to yourself on desktop and phone before you send it to your list.
