About this template

This one goes to people who looked at a few items but never added them to the cart. It is lighter than a cart reminder, so it skips the big opening and goes straight to the things they looked at. Wickett Lane Home is the sample shop.

A left-aligned serif headline sits at the top, followed by a grid of three tall photos of glazed bottle vases. Each photo has a dark caption bar with the glaze name and price, and each one links to its own product page. One short paragraph explains that nothing is on hold, and one button opens the full list.

Fill the grid from the reader’s browsing history, and always use the same kind of photo so the three sit well together. Send it once, a day after the visit, and do not add a discount unless you need one.

Use it in your email tool

  1. Click Copy HTML, or download the .html file.
  2. In Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot or Klaviyo, start a new email with the custom HTML or code editor and paste it in.
  3. Change the text, links and images. Map merge tags such as {{first_name}} and {{unsubscribe_url}} to the tags of your tool.
  4. Send a test to yourself on desktop and phone before you send it to your list.
