About this template

A notice for apps and online services that are changing their terms. It reads like a short letter, with the company name on one line and no images, bands or buttons.

One opening paragraph gives the date the new terms start. A numbered list then covers the three changes in everyday words, and each item says what it means for the reader. A small grey paragraph at the end links to the full text and explains how to close the account if someone disagrees.

Replace the three items with your real changes, and ask your lawyer to review the wording. Sample copy here is not legal advice.
