About this template

The last email in a sales follow-up, for agents, brokers and consultants when a lead has gone quiet. It closes the loop politely instead of chasing, and it gives the reader an easy way to answer.

It looks like a normal letter: a small text wordmark, two short paragraphs and no images. In the middle sit two bordered cards, one for each answer. One keeps the reader on a monthly list of new homes. The other tells the agent to stop writing. The agent signs off by name, and the footer holds the address and the unsubscribe link.

Mail only people you may legally contact, and honor the stop answer at once. Keep the tone light, with no guilt and no last chance language.
