A sales outreach email is a message to someone who does not know you yet, or who has gone quiet. Cold emails and follow-ups belong here. The goal is small: get a short reply, not close a deal in one message.
Most templates on this page look like a typed note, because a cold email should read like one person writing to another. There is no big banner. You get a short opening, one reason for writing, and one easy question. Some add a single sample of your work, a quote from your first message, or two simple choices at the end.
Change every line before you send. Say why you picked this person, and cut anything you would not say out loud. If your note would make sense for a thousand other people, it is not ready.
Each template keeps a footer with a postal address and an unsubscribe link. Keep both. Only mail people you may legally contact. The rules differ from country to country, and following them is your job as the sender. When someone says no, stop.
A few short lines. Say why you are writing to this person, what you offer, and ask one question.
One or two is enough for most people. Leave a few days between them, and stop as soon as someone asks you to.
It depends on the country and on who you write to. Check the rules where you and your readers are. This page is not legal advice.
Keep it. Many laws ask for one, and it gives people a way to leave without marking you as spam.
