About this template

A start of term reminder for schools, clubs and after school programs. A yellow band says what is due and when, in words a busy parent can take in while walking to the car.

Below it, three forms appear as a checklist, each with one line on why the school needs it. A deadline card gives the day, the time and where paper copies go, and a single button opens all the forms in one place.

Parents tend to scan this kind of message, so the words stay short and the steps come in order. Change the forms and the date, and send it again the day before if you need to.

Use it in your email tool

  1. Click Copy HTML, or download the .html file.
  2. In Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot or Klaviyo, start a new email with the custom HTML or code editor and paste it in.
  3. Change the text, links and images. Map merge tags such as {{first_name}} and {{unsubscribe_url}} to the tags of your tool.
  4. Send a test to yourself on desktop and phone before you send it to your list.
